Want to Be a Psychic Seer? Start With This Simple Game


We all have psychic abilities, but most people don't practice using them in their everyday lives and aren't aware that they have this ability. Being able to get psychic or energetic information from others and the world around us can be a great magical tool. If you aren't naturally gifted in this area, all you have to do is commit to a little practice and skill development to wake up the psychic abilities you naturally possess. Our Psychic Development ebook can help you do this. Here's a simple game that you'll find in this ebook to get you started in practicing how to be psychic. 


The Perimeter Game
This simple, basic game lets you practice shutting off one of your five physical senses so that you can concentrate on receiving information energetically. In this game you will be shutting off your access to visual data to focus on reading the psychic information around you. You can later turn off others of your 5 basic senses, but this one starts with tuning out visually. Here's how to play. 

1. A minimum of once a day at a time you are able to sit and focus only on the game, choose a space for an energetic perimeter around yourself of about 10 – 20 feet. It is best to do this in a public place where you will have access to lots of other people – ie. – a mall, park, or amusement center. 

2. During this game you want to make sure you are able to focus only on the game because you will be closing your eyes. So you don't want to be responsible for supervising children or driving or any other activity while you are engaged in this activity. 

3. Close your eyes and in your "mind's eye" see a circle of energy surrounding you. 

4. Focus on becoming aware of when someone enters your perimeter area. 

5. When you sense that someone has entered your area, open your eyes to confirm it. 

6. Once you play this psychic game enough that you are getting accurate at sensing someone entering your area, you can increase the diameter of your circle or take another sense out of the equation. For example you might pick a noisy area so that you don't have your sense of hearing. 

When you begin playing the Perimeter Game, let go of results and don't get discouraged if your results are not accurate. The reason for playing the game is to practice and wake up your psychic abilities. If you were spot on every time with the results then you wouldn't need this type of practice. For some people accuracy will come quickly and for others it will take longer, so hang in there. Just like anything else in life, the more you practice, the better you will be at it. Just relax and have fun with the game knowing that it is all part of a process and a journey for you.

Ready to Ramp Up Your Psychic Abilities? These Can Help!

Boost Your Psychic Powers with One Tiny Change

We all have the ability to use psychic powers, some of us just haven't exercised these abilities and learned how to use them. For some people, this ability comes very naturally and for others the development of psychic powers and psychic abilities must be developed through practice. For those people making a change in just one small life habit can make way for large magical changes in the future. This is due to the Universal Law that says "A small change in the present will create a larger change in the future". Making this one small change now helps in changing your habitual thought patterns enough to open your mind to new ideas which you will need to be able to do as you develop your psychic powers. Using something small insures that you don't run up against resistance.

One Small Change
The way you feel or think now determines what thoughts and feelings you will be able to access. Think about it this way, if you are happy right now isn't it easier to access more happy thoughts? If you are angry, negative or down in the dumps, isn't it easier to take on more of those feelings than to try to switch to happy ones? By making just one small change in your stance you can change that dynamic and shift the path your thoughts and feelings are taking. Using a small change is effective because it causes less resistance in us. Doing something that makes us uncomfortable or doubt ourselves can cause resistance to new ways or ideas. For example, let's say you are a clean cut, conservative dresser at work and one day you show up with dreadlocks and torn, tattered bright colored clothes. More than likely you know people are going to notice the change and our reaction to that could be anything from being uncomfortable with the extra attention to be downright fearful of a confrontation with someone. If however, you make just a small change, for example moving your watch from your left wrist to your right one, hardly anyone will notice except for you. Just making that small change that only you notice can shift your attitude, thoughts and feelings.

Other examples of a small change in a life habit would be using a different hand for as many life tasks as possible. Eating, brushing teeth, brushing hair, opening doors, holding the phone, zipping your pants and tons of other tasks can be done with the opposite hand from that which you normally do these activities. You could also wear your socks inside out, sit in a different chair from your usual one, walk the dog starting in the opposite direction from that which you normally take and so on. You get the idea, right, and will be able to come up with a list of your own small changes that will work in your life. Pick one change to start making and use it. ]

The Consistency Exercise
This exercise is another way to help in changing your habitual thought patterns and create consistency in your life to give you a boost in using your psychic powers. Here's how it's done:

1. Choose a very simple activity. It doesn't matter what the activity is as long as it is very simple, and I mean VERY simple like making a mark on a piece of paper or snapping your fingers.

2. Pick a time that you will do this activity every day. Give this a little thought as to your normal schedule and make it a time that you think you will be able to remember every day.

3. When your chosen time comes, do the simple activity. Do this every day at the same time for 40 days in a row.

4. Now here's the catch, if you miss even one day during your 40 days (and you most certainly will) you must begin your 40 days over at day 1. Even if you are at day 39 and miss the next day, you start over at 1. Remember when this happens that it is the doing of the exercise that is important, not the accomplishment of getting your 40 days in. So all you goal oriented achievers, don't beat yourself up when you have to start over, it's the journey, not the destination that is most important.

You might find yourself very surprised at the powerful impact this simple exercise can have on your life. You will find that the longer and more consistently you practice these type of exercises the broader your horizons become and that is needed in developing your psychic powers. When we live life purposefully instead of mechanically, we gather "force" that allows us to see, perceive and recall more accurately and deeply than normal. It also enhances our communication abilities, inspires us to see opportunities we might otherwise miss, and increases our senses and spirit abilities.

Learning to use your psychic powers and psychic abilities will come much easier if you have prepared yourself to be open minded and expanded your physical and spirit senses. After practicing these exercises you will be much more successful in exercising your psychic powers. Blinding the Outer Eye to Sharpen the Inner Eye

With our Psychic Development ebook, students learn to fine-tune their psychic abilities of inner sight and inner listening. Through various exercises, they are taught to tune out the external world and focus on the tastes, sounds, messages, and sights of our inner world. All of these exercises bring to mind a simple exercise that we learned years ago for developing inner attention.

The exercise is as follows:
Choose to blindfold yourself once a day and focus on the inner sights and sounds that come to you during this period of time. For instance, you might choose to blindfold yourself during a meditation or while listening to music. Obviously you don't want to be too physically active during this period of time- and certainly no driving or running around!

One of the best ways to sharpen your inner listening is to blindfold yourself during a lengthy phone conversation. As you talk to the other person on the phone, listen for any inner messages and watch your inner movie screen. The other person may be describing an incident that happened at work-see if a visual of that incident appears in your mind's eye. The ability to "see" coherently without the use of your physical eyes is one of the keys to development of your psychic abilities.

Alternatively, a random thought or story about the person may float into your mind. You'll be surprised to discover that many times these thoughts or stories are true. Don't judge anything that comes into your awareness. Just go with the flow and allow snippets of information to come to you.

Later, after you've practiced this exercise for a while, you can take it one step further by visiting a public place like a bus station, library, restaurant or mall. Without blindfolding yourself, focus and attempt to sense people behind you or not in your visual field. Feel their energy. Then sink into that quiet place within yourself and tune into the messages there. The more you open this psychic channel of communication the more messages will come through to you.

Develop Psychic Abilities: The Power of Changing One Tiny Habit

When you first start working to develop psychic abilities, here's a tip that will pave the way for you. This is just one of the tips and exercises you'll find in our Psychic Development ebook. When you are ready to develop psychic abilities or really anytime you want to get out of mechanical mode, choose one small habit to change. Sound simple? It is, but also very powerful in working towards the goal to develop psychic abilities and developing consciousness.

How It Works
How does such a simple change make such a difference when striving to develop psychic abilities? Well, first there is a Universal Law that says, "A small change in the present will create a larger change in the future". When you change a small life habit now, you pave the way for larger changes in your future. You open yourself to a whole new world of ideas and inspirations when you start by changing your habitual thought patterns. Also small changes keep you from running into the resistance factor.

Changing Habitual Thought Patterns
If you follow the metaphysical teacher Abraham-Hicks (www.abraham-hicks.com), then you've heard that the thoughts and feelings you have right now affect your ability to access certain thoughts and feelings. In other words, if you are happy now, you can access more happy thoughts. If you are sad, you are more likely to access more sad thoughts. By changing where you are in your thoughts and emotions just a degree or two, you make it possible to access new thoughts and feelings. Any tiny change creates a shift in you and in what you think and feel. This is why Abraham says when you are down, to just try reaching for the next happier thought. It is usually too overwhelming to go from really sad to really happy in just one step, but if you take baby steps and just reach over a little in tone to one just a bit higher then you have shifted your internal mood and can keep going up the scale towards happy.

Avoid the Resistance Factor
You'll find as you develop psychic abilities that your mind often gets in your way. It tries to keep control and tell you all sorts of things from that you are just making stuff up to having doubts about receiving information through spirit perceptics. You are making a big change by going from accessing information via your 5 physical senses to accessing information via numerous spirit senses. When you start to work to develop psychic abilities, you are making a big change, so pre-paving the way by making some small changes can help reduce the resistance mind puts up. Think about if your dad who is a pretty conservative type guy with a short regular "Dad" type haircut suddenly walked in with a purple and green Mohawk. Think of the resistance he would encounter to this big change. It would probably affect his job, his standing in the community or church and probably even how his family would react to him. He would probably experience feeling awkward, embarrassed, and the target of unwanted attention. But now imagine he walks in and just has moved his pinkie ring from his right hand to his left hand. Hardly anyone will notice that. Wouldn't be much resistance put up to such a small change as that. But, he will notice it. It will feel different to him and this difference can help shift him to another place inside himself.

Small Changes to Make
When we talk about making these small changes, we are talking about very simple habitual things that you do mechanically. For example, observe yourself when you eat, drink, brush your teeth, remove your shoes, reach for the phone, open the door and hundreds of other simple things we all do every day with our hands. What hand do you use without even thinking about it when you do these simple tasks? Now consciously switch and use your other hand. So if you open the door with your right hand, start making the conscious effort to open it with your left hand. Pick several things to start consciously changing. Don't let this get mechanical though too. Change things up if they start to feel that way and pick another set of tasks to change how you do them.

Other changes could be sitting in a different place at the table, driving a different way to work, wearing socks inside out, get up on the other side of the bed, move your alarm clock to a different place, go a different direction when you start your morning walk, wear your bracelet on the opposite arm, etc.. You get the idea, right? See what things in your life you can use to make these small changes, pick one and get started paving the way to develop psychic abilities in yourself.

Psychic Games to Improve Your Psychic Abilities

Using your psychic abilities allows you to communicate with and receive help from numerous types of beings. In our Psychic Development ebook, we cover specifically how to communicate with such beings as Sylphs, angels, animal totems and specific animal Spirits. A fun way to practice developing your psychic powers is playing psychic games. If you are not one of the naturally gifted in using your psychic powers then practicing using your psychic abilities will help you develop these skills. By playing psychic games you take the pressure to perform off yourself and have a little fun at the same time. Here's one you'll find in the ebook that's particularly easy and fun to do when traveling.

Talk to a Sylph
First, what is a Sylph? A Sylph is the elemental being associated with the element Air. It is a living being that is made of pure air. Sylphs are around 3-18 inches long, twisty shaped and they move in spirals. Sylphs move quickly and while they like to communicate, they have short attention spans. You often see them in dust devils or swirling smoke such as from a cigarette or around shiny or bright objects like tinsel on a Christmas tree. Sylphs are curious and like to be around people and you may sometimes feel them as a light brush on your face. Since Sylphs do have short attention spans you have to be in their state to communicate with them. Here's a travel game to play to practice talking to sylphs and improving your psychic abilities:

1. You can request a Sylph to come to you either aloud or in your mind. In your mind works better sometimes because the spoken word is too slow. Then state your request. For example, you might say, "I request a Sylph to appear to tell me what the road conditions are like on this road for the next 15 miles."

2. Wait for a response which might be a quick, light breeze against your cheek or you may just feel a presence.

3. Once you sense a Sylph has presented itself to you, make your request quickly since these beings do not have a long concentration period. You might say something like, "Sylph, thank you for appearing to me. I would like to know if any road conditions exist in the next 15 miles on this road that would slow my travel. Thank you in advance for your help and I await your report."

4. You will not have to wait long for your answer as Sylphs move quickly and exchange information among themselves. Answers will be short and to the point. For example, you may "hear" with your psychic abilities, "road construction 8 miles ahead."

5. Be sure to once again thank the Sylph for the information. Then keep engaging with your Sylph by asking for more information until the Sylph loses interest and moves on.

6. Once that Sylph moves on, request help from a new Sylph and keep practicing. Think of other questions you can ask about your trip (ie. – "Is there anything at my destination that would cause me to have trouble finding parking?" or "Is anything causing a delay in travel for the people I am meeting?" or "What are the weather conditions like over the next 15 miles on this road?")

Sylphs are just one of the many beings that can gather information for you and by using your psychic abilities to communicate with them, you can extend your reach past what you can observe with your five senses. So the next time you are on a trip, instead of playing the License Plate game, give talking to Sylphs a try. You may be amazed at what you can learn from these air elemental beings and amazed at how your own natural psychic powers improve the more you play with them.

Expand Your Psychic Powers by Learning to Psychically Read People

Each and every one of us has psychic powers or psychic abilities. Some people are naturals at accessing information through their psychic powers and others have to develop these skills. In our Psychic Development ebook, we offer exercises that help develop one's psychic abilities for those who need practice. Below is one of the exercises offered in this ebook that gives you practice using your psychic abilities or Spirit abilities to access information that you can't access with your five senses. Since we are all made up of a physical body, a mind and a spirit, you want to by-pass mind and by-pass the body's senses so as to receive information from Spirit. This exercise isn't about getting anything "right" or "wrong", it is simply about practicing using your psychic abilities and psychic powers. Follow these steps for this exercise:

1. Gather a pen, paper and timer (or you can use your watch).

2. Go to a public place with lots of people. Restaurants, airports, malls, or a public park are all good places.

3. Pick a comfortable place to sit and where you will not feel self-conscious or obvious. If you feel like you will "stick out" or think others will think you odd for looking at them, this can interfere with the exercise.

4. Pick a person that you are going to observe for 30 seconds.

5. Set your timer for 30 seconds or note the time on your watch and note the time you will stop 30 seconds later.

6. Start writing anything and everything that you can about the person you are observing. Some things you write will be things that can be observed by your 5 senses such as hair color, heavy or thin, type of clothing, or what activities they are doing. The key here is not to think about what you are writing, just write. Do not pause in your writing and write as much as you can, as fast as you can in your 30 second period. This will help you override "mind" and the physical 5 senses observations.

7. After your 30 seconds is over, pick another person to observe, set your timer and repeat the process of writing about this person for 30 seconds.

8. Repeat this process until you have observed 10 different people for 30 seconds each over a 5 minute period.

Here is an example of what your writing may be like:
Woman, red hair, stylish clothes, a mom, stressed out, organized person, has a sister, works indoors, in tune with Nature, born in the West or has a connection to the West, high heeled shoes, talks with hand gestures, sensitive nature, enjoys kids, likes the color green, in her early 30s, blues music, laughs a lot, has kind eyes.

In this description, you'll find several things that can be seen with the five senses such as color of hair and type of clothes and then you will find several things that can't be seen with the five senses such as that she has a sister and has a sensitive nature. Congratulations, those last observations come from using your psychic abilities.

Don't get hung up on finding out if your descriptions are right or wrong. There is no right or wrong at this stage of the game. Right now you are just practicing tuning in with your psychic powers and psychic abilities instead of your usual five senses or mind chatter. The only goal at this point is to practice. The more you practice and get used to using your Spirit abilities the more your observations will improve. A variation on this exercise for those who don't get out much is to use people on the TV. Just turn down the volume and do the same steps as in the exercise above with people you find there. The more you practice, the better you will get at using your psychic powers. So go find some people to start practicing on and enjoy the journey!

An Easy Way to Develop Your Psychic Abilities

Before you waste any time wondering if you have any psychic abilities or whether you can actually develop them, let me clear up the issue by saying that you do have psychic abilities and you can easily develop them. Everyone has psychic abilities! The question is how you develop them.

Would you believe that you can radically increase your psychic abilities by practicing for 5-10 minutes a day? All you need is pen and paper. Don't think about your psychic abilities as something "special" or "difficult to learn. Learning to use your psychic abilities is no more difficult than learning to bake a cake - you're just using different ingredients!

Before we dive into instructions about how to increase your abilities, let's define what we mean by psychic abilities. In shamanic terms, we call these abilities "Spirit perceptics" or "Spirit abilities." In other words, these are abilities beyond your five senses that are part of your Spirit. You can use these abilities to access information way beyond what you can see, hear, touch, taste or smell. With these abilities you can access almost any kind of information, talk to spirits or beings who have died and much more.

Psychic Development Exercise
Here's a simple exercise that will help you develop your psychic abilities. With this exercise your goal is to practice using your Spirit abilities to access information that you can't access with your five senses. Here's how you do it:

1. Bring pen, paper and a watch or timer to a very public location that has lots of people. Fast food restaurants, airports or malls are good places to start.

2. Seat yourself in a comfortable location where you can easily write, observe people and see your timer or clock.

3. Pick a person to observe (you will need to observe him or her for 30 seconds). Set your timer for 30 seconds and start writing.

4. Write anything and everything that comes up about that person, whether you can directly observe it or not. It's easier to start by writing what you can observe about the person (such as hair color, clothing, activities and so forth). Don't think about what you are writing and don't allow yourself to pause. Don't worry about whether your observations are correct or not. Write as much as you can and as fast as you can.

5. Once the 30 seconds is up, pick another person to observe, set your timer and start writing.

6. Observe 10 people during a span of 5 minutes.

To give you an example of what you might write, look at the paragraph below:


Man, blond hair, jeans, has kids, mustache, kind, loves sports, likes water, has a brother, works outdoors, in tune with Nature, born in the West or has a connection to the West, nice tan, sneakers, talking with someone, talks with hand gestures, works well with hands, sensitive hands, sensitive nature, enjoys people, likes the color red, wears red a lot, brown eyes, around 40, jazz music, smiles a lot.

You'll notice in the short description above that there are many descriptions that can be seen with the five senses - the color of his hair, the way he talks with his hands, the color of his eyes and his tan. In between, though, are descriptors that can't be seen with the five senses - that he has a brother, he is in tune with Nature, likes the color red and jazz music. Notice that I didn't write that he likes jazz music, plays jazz music or listens to jazz music. I just wrote "jazz music." There may be someone around him who plays jazz music or he may like to listen to jazz music. Those details didn't come up so I just wrote jazz music. Be sure to write whatever comes up - no editing!!

It doesn't matter if any of your descriptions, especially those that are done with Spirit abilities, are actually correct. The goal is to practice accessing information with these abilities. The correctness of your observation will improve with time. Practice this exercise as often as you can - any time you are waiting for a bus, sitting at a restaurant or resting in a public setting. If you don't get out much, you can do the same exercise by turning the volume off your TV and observing the people on TV.

You'll find that with practice you will develop the ability to simply look at people and know what they are like, what's going on in their lives and what is important to them. The more you practice, the better you'll get. The key is not to get attached to the correctness of what you write. The less you judge yourself the more correct your observations will become. How To Be Your Own Pet Psychic

Those of you who watch the "Animal Planet" channel have probably seen the Pet Psychic show, where a lady psychic communicates telepathically with a variety of animals. She acts as a counselor, communicator, spiritual healer and "hierophant" between the human and animal kingdoms (the hierophant is the communicator between beings and worlds in the tarot deck). Watching this lady is great fun, but not as much fun as doing it yourself. Did you know you can learn to communicate with animals, too?

Magic is real and everyone is a magician. It's just part of your natural birthright as a planetary citizen. Part of that birthright is access to a host of psychic abilities. The keyword here is "access." We all have the psychic abilities that enable us to know what we can't possibly know through the five senses, touch non-physical worlds, and communicate with our animals. It's just that without practice most of us don't know how to access those abilities.

In her ebook, Learn How to Talk to Animals - A Practical Guide for a Magical Journey, Esoteric School Expert Leta Worthington discusses how our brain works and how to get into the right brainwave to access the ability to communicate with animals. She explains that our "normal" brainwaves, the ones we use for day-to-day tasks such as driving, calculating and thinking, are too fast for us to do animal communication. What we need to do is slide into a slower, more relaxed, and more open brainwave. When we get into this brainwave, we're more open to other worlds and other types of "psychic" senses. In fact, we need to get into this brainwave not just for animal communication, but for most kinds of psychic work.

So how can you start getting into that brainwave? Practice, practice, practice. Here's a short list to get you started:

Meditation: You don't need to be a yogi to do this. Just light a candle, burn some incense, or listen to dripping water. Follow your breath. Let these soothing sights, sounds, smells and sensations transport you to a lower, slower brainwave.

Color: Surround yourself with water blue or sky blue. These colors can help you relax, slow down, and be open to information from other, more spiritual realms.

Rooting: If you want to get connected with "all that is," nothing puts you closer to the earth than rooting. Rooting is the process of extending your roots deep into the ground, and connecting and exchanging energies with Mother Earth. It takes all of three minutes, can rebalance your energies, and soothes your spirit.

Doing these and other practices on a regular basis can help you more easily access your psychic self. Try to integrate them into life several times a day. Learn to slow down and take breaks. Not only will you stay healthier and more spiritually fit, but these new slower states won't seem so foreign anymore. It will begin to feel like home, and then watch out! How a Blind Date Can Increase Your Psychic Abilities

So how can a blind date increase your psychic abilities? It's probably not what you're thinking. We're not talking about having a few drinks with someone you've never met before. We're talking about developing your psychic abilities by deliberating shutting down one or more of your five senses.

Because we are such physical creatures, we have a tendency to use our five senses in everything we do. That's not a bad idea for driving, walking, or working on the computer, but if you want to increase your psychic or spirit abilities, using your five senses less will help.

That's where the blind date comes in. A blind date is where you blindfold yourself and have a buddy walk you around on a "date." Your buddy's job is to make sure that you're safe and you don't walk into anything or fall in a ditch. Your buddy is your guide and will lead you around, keeping you safe and upright.

Your part of this date is to extend your psychic abilities outward as your buddy walks you around. Sense what is around you. Do you sense a large object ahead or just open space? Sense what is behind and above you as well, since your psychic abilities will allow you to see in 360 degrees.

You might want to have your buddy walk you around for a while, in many directions until you no longer have a sense of where you are. Then spin slowly around and extend your spirit perceptions. Tell your buddy what you sense in each direction and have him or
her tell you if you're right.

If you don't have a buddy to do this with, you can do it by yourself outside. Start in a relatively open space and just move slowly so you don't get hurt. How Do We Download Psychic Information?

We begin to notice in many of our experiments with "extra-sensory perception" that our data emerges through our bodily senses or our mind. In the case of dowsing, either with "L-rods" or with the pendulum, our bodies become part of the tool for scrying, or finding the answer to our questions. When we use astral temple techniques or thought-form transmissions, also known as mental telepathy, it is our minds that provide us with the link. Considering that our Spirit, with its 35 plus perceptics, is the originating information gatherer, we cannot help but wonder how the "download" of information occurs, even speculating that discovering the process could help us improve our use of these techniques.

Let's examine one possibility of "download." This is a Spirit-to-body-to-mind transmission. When Spirit has extended its perceptic apparatus into the outside world psychically, it enters the "zone" of heightened awareness and begins sending messages to body. Correspondently, there is a similar state which body goes into as our nerve cells begin to utilize a much higher degree of their "receptors," which habitually are dormant. This we can verify by noticing such physical stimulus as "hairs standing up on the backs of our necks" or even a slight internal quivering, as though a state of excitation has been reached. Now through the use of neuro-peptides, the nervous system sends it messages into the brain, but how is this done, and how is it then translated into coherent messages for the mind?

To answer these perplexing questions we turn to the science of holography as laid out in "The Holographic Universe" by Michael Talbot. On page 27 we find information about "Fourier Transforms." Fourier developed a mathematical way of converting any pattern, no matter how complex, into a language of wave forms, and conversely back into their original patterns. Just as television images in a camera are converted into electromagnetic frequencies that are sent out through the air or along a cable to be reassembled into pictures by our TV set, this is much the same process utilized by our nervous system in relaying information to our minds.

In this analogy, the brain is only serving the function of a TV tower - broadcasting the signals. Mind then receives these images and we, as Spirit, can ask mind to give us a "print out" in a form that can be recognized and understood by our various personalities that we use to deal with our life situations.

This, of course, is the one point where problems arise. Mind, for most of us, is not trained to provide an accurate "print out" unaltered by past history or beliefs. Four Ways to Get Unstuck

Ever feel stuck? If so, you can use the law of "as above, so below" to restart the flow in your life! What does "as above, so below" mean? It means that the different levels of our lives - mind, body, spirit - are all connected, so if you're stuck on one level, you can create flow on another level, which creates flow throughout your life. What does this look like on a daily basis? Here are four examples of how you might change various "stuck" situations.

Stop Obsessing About Something
This usually occurs on a mental level, so you want to create flow on the physical or spiritual levels. On the physical level, sit in a relaxed position, and take quick darting glances around you - never let your eyes linger on anything for more than 2 seconds, and vary your gaze so that you look at things both close to and far from you. Do this for 3 to 5 minutes. You can also do any kind of physical exercise to get things moving. On a spiritual level, prayer, meditation, reading spiritual material, or any activity that raises your vibration from the mundane to the spiritual, will create flow.

Increase Your Psychic Ability to "See"
The ability to see psychically is a spirit perceptic, and can be improved by working with your physical vision. Notice in your daily life how far out from your body your eyes tend to rest. Do you generally look far or near? Do you ever look to the sides, up or down? Wherever you fail to look, begin practicing putting your eyes there. When you drive, practice looking far out ahead of you while maintaining contact with what's right in front of you. Create a More Flexible Body
The body registers all that happens in mind and spirit. Certainly physical stretching and practices such as yoga are beneficial. To enhance these practices, start noticing areas of resistance in your life created by conflicts between mind and spirit (what you think and what you inherently know) or conflicting beliefs. Simply stated, look for any situation in which you feel irritated, angry, nervous, anxious, depressed or moody. Then, either by yourself or working with spirit guides, begin to work on acceptance. In the moment, this means noticing the negative emotion and being passive to it for a moment or two. Whenever we feel negative emotion, we tend to express it physically - we pace, jig, make faces, tense parts of our bodies, or twitch. If you can still these physical responses and make your internal reaction passive for a moment or two, you'll go a long way toward making your body more flexible.

Create a Stronger Spiritual Connection to Allies
If you ever feel cut off from your spiritual connection, it's likely that you are dwelling too much in mind. The easiest solution is to get back into physical sensation. Do something that produces a lot of physical sensation - exercise, massage, roller coaster ride, eating strongly flavored food, or just moving sensation around your body. The more you stay in connection with physical sensation, the less you will be in mind, and the more you will be spiritually connected.

These are but four of the millions of ways you can use "as above, so below" to move yourself out of any stuck area of your life. Get creative and come up with more ways yourself to magically break out of the stuck place you're in.

Improve Your Psychic Abilities with the Perimeter Game

Using your psychic abilities allows you to gather information that is not directly available to the five senses. Divination techniques are part of using the psychic abilities and allow us to discover influences, energies and probability lines active in our lives so that we can more accurately and knowingly exert control in our own lives. Remember though that when exploring the future it is not set or pre-destined and divination shows you the probabilities of what will happen based on the assumption that the current influences are not changed. Any change in the present will change the future. That is why divination and using our psychic abilities are so useful. Don't like what you see coming? Make a change and the future changes.

One of the exercises taught in our Psychic Development ebook that can help with increasing your psychic abilities is an exercise we call the Psychic Perimeter Game. This exercise helps develop your psychic abilities by giving you practice at shutting off one of your five senses so you can concentrate on receiving psychic information around you.

Here's how to play.
  • Set up a 10 to 20 foot energetic or psychic perimeter around yourself in a public place by closing your eyes and imagining an energy circle around you. 
  • Keep your eyes closed and tell yourself to "notice" whenever someone steps inside your circle.
  • When you sense someone has entered your circle, open your eyes to confirm it. 
  • When you are getting accurate results, gradually increase the size of your circle.
Going to a noisy place to practice this exercise will also help take your sense of hearing out of the equation. Don't worry if you aren't getting perfect results in the beginning. Just like when learning any new skill, developing your psychic abilities takes practice. The more you practice, the more sensitive your psychic abilities will become. One of the keys to success in developing your psychic abilities is learning to ignore the outcome. Just practice your abilities and don't worry about whether you are right or not. The "art of ignoring" or selective perception is one of the key principles in magic and in developing your psychic abilities. You are accessing information in another realm, so you have to learn to focus your attention in that realm. That takes practice, just like learning to speak a new language takes practice.
