Each day, make a plan, after you have done a morning sit or meditation, to attract an event or item into your life that day. First choose a topic. It could be a particular person or a theme or item. For example, you could pick "cherries" as the theme for the day or something more complicated and specific like the Beatles or the Berlin Wall. You might choose a specific song that isn't heard very often.
Throughout the day, be on the watch to see how the Universe delivers your request. Really be alert because the Universe may be more subtle than you expect. For example, if you picked the theme "cherries" to show up in your life you might be offered the actual fruit by a co-worker, or you may hear the word cherries used in a conversation by passerbys. It could be that you'll see the word in a book or magazine or smell a cherry scented candle as you walk through a store. Be open to the creativity that the Universe employs.
If the item or theme you have chosen does not show up, don't worry. Just try again the next day. When you ask this time however ask that the Universe show you the item or theme in an obvious way that you can easily recognize. Establishing a relationship with the Universe is often about refining the communication channels until you are making a reliable connection. Keep refining your request until you are successful with this psychic game. It can be amazing, powerful and it can be fun.
